The history of our race is measured in eons and recorded in the nightmares
of the light beings around us.
-Blood Priest Whisper
Eons passed. With no new enemy to conquer and no new technologies to absorb Foelian society began to decay. Wars between Foelians became common place, something previously unheard of. Soon Foelian society was split into three clans; Arch Priest clan, Blood Priest Clan, and High Priest clan. Wars between the clans were fierce, ruthless and commonplace.
Then, out of the shadows of the universe came one who called himself Foebius -- meaning God of the Foelians. He ended the strife between the clans and took the three leaders as his clerics.
"I have returned to you now," Foebius began, "because it is time to conquer new lands and gather new technology." Gather together 1,000,000 of the strongest of each clan and return to me at my temple."
Years later, the forces were gathered and the three clerics returned to Foebius. "This is good," he said looking down upon the many Foelians gathered before his temple. "Behind me," Foebius began, "I have created three doorways to another realm, a realm of light. Your task is to go through and conquer this new land, gather its riches and technology, and gain the knowledge necessary to bring the shadow realm into this new realm so that we may over run it, enslave its people, and make all their knowledge our own."
With that, the Foelians entered each of the gates, each clan landing upon their own world -- Karigon, Cerebus, and Moresque. Within just a couple of years each clan staked out their own systems of Shenendehona, Wren, and Mythos. Now the Clans act as one in their quest set forth by their god Foebius: To bring shadow to the world of light.

The FOE gain control of X-Snit and leave the TH with it.

200.07 -After two weeks of heated, often hostile negotiations it appears that Blood Priest Whisper and Reichmarshall William von Adler have reached a common ground, however von Adler suddenly steps down as ISP PD essentially hamstringing negotiations. Many in the Foelian Empire believe this development is the direct result of pressure from the powerful Clan Oberon whose patriarch Drak Konner Kyl Oberon has made his displeasure about the negotiations well known.
200.07 -Negotiations continue between the Foelian Empire and the Imperial Stellar Patrol. Blood Priest Whisper concedes that there are nearly 50,000 human work slaves that claim to be Imperial citizens being held by the FOE. 200.06 -Prompted by the escape of the POW's from Bastion of Evil; Reichmarshall William von Adler of the Imperial Stellar Patrol demands the Foelian Empire release all Imperial citizens being held by the FOE.
